AsiaElec: Indian oil & gas giant forms JV to increase offshore wind

India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, the country’s largest oil and gas company, along with NTPC Green Energy Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of India’s largest utility company NTPC, have formalised a joint venture agreement aimed at advancing offshore wind energy projects both domestically and internationally.
