AsiaElec: Sri Lanka advances renewable energy ambitions with evaluation of 49 projects

Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera has announced that Sri Lanka is currently evaluating 49 proposals, carefully selected from a pool of 535 responses to expressions of interest, aimed at developing renewable energy projects exceeding 50 MW in the country.
