DMEA: Oil tanker stranded at Dangote due to payment issues

A large oil tanker has been stuck at Dangote refinery as of June 6, awaiting the discharge of its 1.9mn-barrel cargo due to alleged payment issues.
S&P Global tracking data reported that the Canada Oak Maritime-owned 298,000-dwt Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) named Kondor has been anchored off Lagos for more than a month following its arrival in the country on May 5.
