DMEA: Saudi Arabia and China set to increase cooperation on energy transition

China is currently an important partner to Saudi Basic Industries Co. (SABIC) in energy transition and sustainable development, according to SABIC CEO Abdulrahman Al Fageeh – who spoke at the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Riyadh Conference this month.

The event saw a gathering of experts and state officials from 180 countries, who met to discuss ongoing energy transition and share insights into sustainable development, with the occasion being partly organised by SABIC – a co-sponsor of the BFA.
