Russian gas output dips 10% in Q1 2023
Russian gas production dropped in the first quarter by 10% to 180 bcm year on year, and also by a tenth in March. The decline was driven by reduced production by Gazprom, which cut output by 18% to 117 bcm as a result of lower exports to the EU.

Lukoil closes sale of Sicilian refinery
Lukoil has closed the sale of its ISAB oil refinery on the Italian island of Sicily to G.O.I. Energy, the company reported on May 4. The completion of the deal, reached in January, comes after it received approval from Italian authorities last month.
