Ghana’s president commissions Chinese-owned Sentuo oil refinery

Ghana’s president has commissioned the Sentuo Oil Refinery (SOR), part of an ongoing drive to reduce the reliance on imported petroleum products. The two-phase construction is expected to be completed by 2025.
